Pineapple gets its name from its distinct flavor and aroma of sweet pineapple and tropical notes, with hints of Skunk. The genetic background of Pineapple is somewhat unclear, although it is purported to be a descendant of Ed Rosenthal’s Super Bud. Prominent terpenes include alpha- and beta-pinene, myrcene and caryophyllene.

Pineapple is a low maintenance plant with a short, bushy structure requiring minimal trellising for flowering growth. Plants produce large, dark green flowers on strong stems and are reported to have good disease resistance traits.
